In today’s environment of rising living costs, GREATR has developed sustainable solutions, allowing creators and organisations to choose flexible pricing options for their communities.

We handle all payments securely through Stripe, utilising Stripe Connect to facilitate smooth transactions for both creators and organisations.

GREATR collects 15% of the transaction value.

Creators and organisations can easily set up payouts in their local currency, ensuring that payments from community members are processed in the same currency, minimising complications.

If any community members encounter payment issues, they can refer to our Contact Us section or visit the FAQs for support and assistance. When signed up, we have access to stripe information and the sign up process available on platform.

Payments and Pricing for Collaborations

For organisations collaborating with creators, there is an initial seat cost after the first collaboration.

Organisation user + 1x creator = No additional charge.

Organisation user= + 2x creator = Additional surcharge.

Any additional collaboration beyond the first will incur an extra charge per creator added to the platform. These additional charges can be tracked through the dashboard, ensuring complete visibility of all fees.

Payment Terms:

All payments inclusive of organisational payments with active collaborations one or more related to collaborations are disbursed on the 15th of each month, covering the previous month’s activities. This is done to ensure all payments are managed with care and efficiently to all creators.

The billing cycle closes at the end of each month, with payouts made on the 15th of the following month.
