What does GREATR do differently?

We have built an omnichannel ecosystem whose infrastructure supports learning online, with mobile flexibility that drives in-person connection and results.
We let you decide what works best for you! This is done by enabling in app tools to community to choose from a range of creator types and their specific skills or certifications.

When is the app and platform live?
We have been testing internally to provide our community with an efficient, working ecosystem.
Beta testing is currently open, and the entire application will be available in stores shortly after.
Is there a trial period?
We do not offer a formal trial period because GREATR is more than just an app—it's an ecosystem built to support both the community and creators. Our free sign-up process allows you to explore the platform and experience different content styles before making a purchase, as each creator has the ability to provide freely accessible content.
For those unsure about committing, we understand. We recommend starting with low-cost, flexible creators who fit your schedule and financial needs, giving you the chance to find the perfect fit without pressure.
I can't log in.
If you’re having trouble logging in, you can start by using the "Reset Password" option on the login screen. Simply click the button and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
If you’re unable to access your email or encounter any other issues, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Just use the "Contact Admin" button to alert our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you in regaining access to your account.
My product has frozen.
Feeling like your app is stuck in a deep freeze? Let’s warm things up!
First, try restarting the app by closing it completely and opening it again. If that doesn’t do the trick, give your device a fresh start by powering it off and then back on.

To help you navigate nutrition advice and products effectively, here are some essential do's and don'ts to keep in mind:

Do's:
- Consult a Professional: Before starting any new nutrition product or advice, consult with a healthcare provider or registered dietitian to ensure it’s safe for you, especially if you have underlying health conditions.
- Utilise Filters and Preferences: Use the app's preference and filter capabilities to find nutrition advice and products that match your specific needs, such as dietary restrictions or health goals.
- Check Certifications: Look for creators who have relevant experience or certifications to ensure you're receiving advice from qualified experts. Certified creators are more likely to provide accurate and reliable information.
Don'ts:
- Avoid Unverified Advice: Not all advice is created equal, and some may not be suitable for your needs.
- Don’t Ignore Intolerances: Always consider your personal intolerance's and health issues when evaluating nutritional advice or products. Make sure any recommendations align with your specific dietary needs to avoid adverse effects.
- Don’t Rely Solely on Content: Just as cooking shows feature talented chefs who create amazing dishes based on their training, our creators provide valuable advice based on their expertise. However, it’s crucial to understand nutritional specifics and how they apply to your individual health needs.
If you have any health concerns or experience issues related to nutrition, it’s always best to consult a qualified physician to ensure you receive appropriate guidance.
Home Workouts.
GREATR is a holistic well-being app designed to support your wellness journey 24/7, whether you're at home, outdoors, or in a facility. Our creators tailor content to a variety of environments, so it's important to check the specific session’s requirements before starting. Equipment needs may vary depending on the session—whether it’s a relationship coach recommending a workbook, a personal trainer suggesting dumbbells, or a surf coach requiring a surfboard. No matter the activity, ensure you have enough space to perform it safely, with minimal distractions for the best experience.
I forgot to cancel my subscription renewal.
We understand that managing subscriptions can sometimes slip through the cracks. However, it is important to remember that it’s the user’s responsibility to oversee their own subscription settings on GREATR. If you forget to cancel a subscription, we are unable to offer refunds, as payments are forwarded to the creator during this process. We suggest keeping an eye on your subscription dates and setting reminders to help you manage your subscriptions effectively.
There's more than one subscription cost charged to my account from GREATR?
If you find that you have multiple subscriptions on your account, please remember that GREATR is an ecosystem designed to offer a variety of content to support different aspects of your lifestyle. It's natural to have multiple subscriptions, just like you might subscribe to a gym, a local pool, or visit a regular physio. These costs reflect the diverse range of services and experiences you choose to enhance your well-being.
However, if you believe you’ve subscribed to something in error, don't worry! Simply reach out to us via the contact form, and we'll be happy to assist.
I didn't receive access to log in.
If you're having trouble logging in, first ensure you're on the correct login page for your profile type—whether as a user or a creator. Make sure you're using the same email address you used when signing up, as email addresses can't be used to create accounts for different profile types. For example, one email should be used for a business creator account, and another for a social user account if you wish to have both.

Connectivity.
Connectivity issues can occasionally affect streaming services on GREATR. Several factors might contribute to these disruptions, such as a weak internet connection, network congestion, or temporary server issues. To troubleshoot, ensure your internet connection is stable, restart your router, and check for any ongoing service outages. You might also try clearing your app's cache or updating to the latest version.
Clearing the Cache:
For iOS:
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and select GREATR from the list of apps.
- Tap Offload App to remove the app while keeping its documents and data.
- Reinstall the app from the App Store to clear the cache.
For Android:
- Open the Settings app.
- Go to Apps or Applications.
- Find and select GREATR from the list.
- Tap Storage.
- Select Clear Cache.
Updating Your Software:
For iOS:
- Open the App Store.
- Tap on your profile icon at the top right.
- Scroll down to Available Updates.
- Find GREATR and tap Update if an update is available.
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select My apps & games.
- Under the Updates tab, find GREATR.
- Tap Update next to the app if an update is available.

Television Connectivity.
GREATR is TV-friendly! Simply find the casting button within the app and sync it to your TV for a bigger, more immersive experience. As we continue to evolve and integrate with advancing technology, certain devices may require specific adjustments. If you experience any issues or are unable to sync, just reach out to us through the contact form, and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot and address your needs.
Pregnancy.
Pre and Post-Natal Do's and Don'ts
Do's:
- Consult with Your Healthcare Provider: Before starting any new exercise or nutrition plan, speak with your healthcare provider to ensure it’s safe for your specific situation during pregnancy and after childbirth.
- Choose Certified Trainers: Seek out trainers who are specifically certified in pre and post-natal fitness. They are trained to understand the unique needs and safe practices required during and after pregnancy.
- Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to how your body feels and adjust activities accordingly. Prioritise exercises and nutrition that support your health and well-being throughout the pre and post-natal periods.
Don'ts:
- Avoid General Fitness Programs: Don’t rely solely on general fitness programs or advice. While someone may be an expert in fitness, pre and post-natal needs require specialised knowledge that goes beyond standard training. Having a baby is the greatest joy, but every body including yours is different, so what feels good to a trainer or coach that's had a baby, may not be suitable for you. Please consider your choices carefully.
- Don’t Push Through Pain: Avoid pushing yourself through any discomfort or pain. Pregnancy and recovery periods require careful attention to avoid unnecessary strain or injury.
- Don’t Overlook Personalisation: Don’t assume that all exercise or nutrition advice applies universally. Each individual’s needs are unique, so personalised guidance from certified professionals is crucial.
I'm limited in capacity, have an illness, injury, or pre-post natal.
If you're managing an existing illness, injury, physical disability, or are pregnant, we recommend consulting your medical professional before starting your journey with GREATR. Your well-being comes first, and it’s important to tailor your activities to suit your unique needs.
If you're parenting, we understand being a parent often means finding little to no time for yourself, which is why GREATR is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life. Our ecosystem is tailored to offer flexible, short-form content that you can scale to suit your schedule, so you can stay engaged with your well-being, even on hectic days.
For those who are pregnant or postpartum, it's crucial to stick to pre- and postnatal content from certified creators. Always consult with your physician before beginning any new activity, especially during pregnancy, to ensure it's safe for you and your baby.
If you're breastfeeding, our platform offers content that suits your needs, allowing you to prioritise your wellness without compromising your responsibilities. Just be sure to mention your plans to your doctor to ensure the activities align with your current health and lifestyle!
For those who are breastfeeding, it's always a good idea to check in with your doctor before diving into any new wellness routine. Remember to adjust the intensity of your workouts or sessions to what feels right for you—GREATR is all about supporting your journey, at your pace!
I've had a baby and want to get back to my old self.
Congratulations on this incredible new chapter! As you welcome your little one into the world, remember that there’s no urgency to return to your pre-baby self. This is a time to embrace change and look forward with excitement.
In these first six week to ten weeks, focus on recovery and adapting to the beautiful chaos of life with a newborn. Time will fly fast. Your hormones are still adjusting, and you might experience lingering flexibility from pregnancy, especially if you’re breastfeeding. Prioritise sleep, nourish your body with healthy food, and allow yourself the space to adapt.
Don't forget to prioritise what you need during this transition—self-care and personal well-being are essential as you navigate this new chapter. As well as physical content, relationship based content is also important, guidance in this area can be beneficial and can be a valuable guide as you navigate this new path, helping you build communication, foster love, and embrace acceptance in this transformative stage of life.
At GREATR, we suggest waiting until your six-week postpartum check-up before diving back into exercise. If you can, consult a Women’s Health Physiotherapist or your Physician to ensure your mind, body, and specifically pelvic floor and core are ready. Once you receive the all-clear and find a moment for yourself, approach your well-being journey with patience and care. We’re here to support you as you step into this new chapter with confidence.
Finding the right creator for you.
Finding the right creator on GREATR is easy and tailored to your preferences. We use advanced algorithms to provide visibility of creators based on the content you seek, helping you reach your well-being goals. You can also search for creators by name, username, or handle within the app’s search functionality. Each creator is highlighted by their primary colour, representing their specialised content, making it simple for you to navigate your holistic wellness journey.
Additionally, organisations may offer QR codes that direct you to their profiles, where you can view the creators behind their content. In the "About" section of an organisation's profile, you can find and follow individual creators to explore their unique expertise. Our inclusivity and equality metrics ensure that creators across various specialities and backgrounds are visible, fostering a diverse, supportive, and balanced ecosystem for all users.
I already have memberships in place.
Even if you have a membership for various activities in place, GREATR is the perfect complement to your routine. While gyms are fantastic for building strength, we believe learning and growth should be a year-round pursuit. Our app helps you enhance what you're already doing by offering content on improving mobility, managing injuries, reducing stress, and mastering specific skills for your sport.
Keep in mind, when you have life changing circumstances, or come to a cross roads you can dive into resources that help you grow mentally and emotionally, equipping you to tackle life's challenges both inside and outside for any environment.
Do you sell me data?
At GREATR, protecting your data privacy is our top priority. We do not sell user data, and we never share personal information, such as user details, with organisations or creators. Our platform uses multi-layered security and encrypts data in transit to ensure your information is always safe.
We understand the importance of treating your data with the utmost care, and we're committed to supporting your privacy needs at every step of your wellness journey. Your trust matters, and we work hard to protect it.

Providing creators and organisations the opportunity to earn considerably with GREATR.
The GREATR Referral Program has a growth payout rate of 5% of the Referred Creator's Earnings:
- Referral incentives are available for the first 12 Months of the referred creator's account.
- Capped earnings apply when the Referred Creator reaches their first AUD 1 Million per creator.
- Earning potential is up to AUD 50,000.00 per referred creator, offering a significant opportunity for referrers.
- There's no limit to the number of creators you can refer.
- Organisations can refer all well-being creators and also add the creators to their collaboration centre.
- Referral incentives are available to creators and organisations that are not part of alternate discounts or incentive programs.
- Referred creators must use referral codes. There are no backdating or additional considerations for this, as it is an automated process and cannot be amended once a creator has signed up.
